New (OEM) toner cartridges, and remanufactured toner cartridges are available for most manufactures.
Installation
Equipment purchased from Dictatek will include delivery, installation, & configuration of software needed to have your equipment running as efficiently as possible. Our trained experts either can install or assist you in equipment purchased through us or from another company if you are not confident in installing the product yourself.
Training
We provide training on all products purchased.

We offer free demo on all digital dictation & transcription products.
Service and Maintenance
We offer full maintenance agreements for all office products.
Repairs and Servicing
We have on site and in-house service and repair. If you have a machine requiring service, and are not in our servicing area, please feel free to send it to us for a free estimate from anywhere in the U.S.
